摘要
目的探讨三种美容切口应用于乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术的价值。方法晕缘切口、乳房下皱襞切口、腋窝横皱襞切口切除乳腺纤维腺瘤127例,对切口设计、手术效果等进行总结分析。结果全部病例顺利完成手术,125例(98.4%)切口甲级愈合,所有病例切口瘢痕隐蔽,乳房外形良好,无明显并发症,100%患者满意。结论该方法不仅达到治疗目的,还满足患者的美学要求。
Objective To explore the value of three different cosmetology incisions for breast fibroadenoma. Methods Removing breast fibroadenoma of 127 cases with incision around areola,submammary fold incision,armpit fold incision and then analyzing the incision designs and operation effects. Results Any of the operations had been completed successfully, 125 cases （almost 98.4 percent of them）had been got A-class healing incisions. Because of keeping natural mammary shape without obvious surgical cicatrix and any complements of these three incisions, every case was quite satisfied. Conclusion This way is not only suitable for excision breast fibroadenoma,but also the aesthetic result could be achieved.
