摘要
首先对工程机械液压系统的故障特点、故障原因进行分析,指出了液压系统常见故障主要表现在压力、速度、动作异常上;同时就液压系统中常用元件的故障进行讨论,指出了液压常用元件故障的成因、导致的危害及相应的维修方法;最后从液压油更换、清洁、油温控制、杂质清理、维护保养五方面提出了工程机械液压系统故障的预防措施。通过以上讨论目的是延长工程机械液压系统的寿命,发挥工程机械的最大性能,以达到节约使用成本,提高生产效率的目的。
