我院治疗消化性溃疡药物使用情况分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的了解我院治疗消化性溃疡药物的使用情况。方法随机抽取我院门诊700张临床诊断为消化性溃疡的处方进行分析。结果我院治疗消化性溃疡药物的使用频率前4位的药品依次是质子泵抑制剂(PPI)、胃黏膜保护剂、促胃动力药、抗酸药;质子泵抑制剂中以埃索美拉唑镁使用频次最高,铝碳酸镁是最普遍应用的抗酸药;根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)联合疗法以质子泵抑制剂三联处方为主。结论我院门诊治疗消化性溃疡以PPI为主,口服抗酸药几乎被铝碳酸镁所取代。
