摘要
目的:研究臭椿Ailanthus altissima(Mill.)Swingle的果实(凤眼草)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定结合波谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从臭椿果实中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为东莨菪内酯(Scopoletin,1),十六烷酸(palmitic acid,2),(+)-异落叶松树脂醇((+)-isolariciresinol,3),楂杷壬酮(chaparrinone,4),excelsin(5),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,6),胡萝卜苷(daucoserol,7)。结论:化合物1、2、3、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM:To investigate the chemical constituents of the fruit of Ailanthus altissima (Mill. ) Swingle. METHODS:Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies were employed for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical ex-amination. RESULTS:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as follows,scopoletin (1),palmitic (2),( + )-isolariciresinol (3),chaparrinone (4),excelsin (5),β-sitosterol (6),daucoserol (7). CONCLUSION:Compound 1,2,3 and 5 were isolated from fruit of Ailanthus altissima (Mill. ) Swingle for the first time.
