摘要
对新选育的甘蓝型油菜PLCMS不育系和PolCMS及OguCMS不育系材料花器形态进行比较,并对3种不育系10份材料mtDNA进行RAPD分析.结果表明,新选育的PLCMS不育系与PolCMS、OguCMS在花瓣长和宽、花冠直径、雄蕊大小等形态特征方面有极显著差异;mtDNA分析结果表明,新发现的细胞质雄性不育材料L04-02A、L04-05A、L04-01A为同一类型的细胞质雄性不育系,它们与PolCMS及OguCMS不育材料有很大差异,由此推知PLCMS不育系是一种新型甘蓝型油菜不育系.
The comparison of floral organ morphology and polymorphism analysis of mtDNA by using RAPD techniques were studied on the new male sterile lines PL CMS and Pol CMS and Ogu CMS in this paper.The results showed that the new PL CMS had a very significant difference from the Pol CMS and Ogu CMS in the petal length and width,corolla diameter and size of stamen.The mtDNA polymorphism analysis and cluster comparison results also showed that the new male sterile material L04-02A,L04-05A and L04-01A were the same type of cytoplasmic male sterile lines which were greatly different from Pol CMS and Oug CMS.Therefore,PL CMS is a new sterile lines.
