摘要
针对同步电机启动电流过冲大,常规控制方案下响应速度慢等问题,为改善系统的动态特性,提出了一种基于专家自适应PID控制反馈策略,利用专家自适应控制能力,对启动阶段的各种参数的误差进行自动分类,并通过自学习能力,设计了一套同步电机启运控制系统,从中得到最优的控制参数。仿真实验结果表明,与传统的PID反馈控制方案相比,其控制精度有了很大的提高,系统响应速度快,超调量小,能够有效地解决同步电机启动时的电流过冲问题。理论推导和计算机仿真都证明了方法的可行性和有效性,同时便于实现数字化控制,具有实际应用价值,为设计提供可靠参数依据。
To solve the startup problems of synchronous motor,such as,overshoot startup-current and imperfect respond speed controlled by traditional strategy,a self - adaptive PID control based on expert feedback strategy is presented in this paper.Owing to the adaptive ability to control various parameters of the start - up stage,the system can deal with the errors automatically.Through self - learning of the expert system,the optimal control parameters can be selected.Simulation results show that compared to the traditional PID feedback control scheme,by applying the expert control,the accuracy has been greatly improved with good system response speed,small overshoot.And the strategy can effectively solve the current overshoot when synchronous motor starts.Theoretical derivation and computer simulation have proved the feasibility and effectiveness.Because of the facilitation realization of digital control, the technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
