摘要
基于1987～2008年广东省外商直接投资、工业“三废”排放量或产生量的数据，文章对广东省外商直接投资与环境污染因果关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明：外商直接投资的增长是导致工业废气排放量增加、工业固体废物产生量增加的Granger原因，而不是工业废水排放量增加的Granger原因。为此，应优化外商直接投资的有效措施，以减少环境污染。
Based on the data of FDI and industrial ＂Three Wastes＂ emissions in Guangdong province （1987 - 2008）, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the causal relationship between FDI and environmental pollution in Guangdong province. The results show that the growth of FDI is the Granger cause for the growth of industrial emissions and industrial solid wastes, but is not the Granger cause for the growth of industrial wastewater. In view of this result, this paper has conducted a further study, and proposes some measures to optimize FDI and reduce environmental pollution.
