摘要
针对胜坨油田有杆泵井检泵周期比较短的突出问题,进行了两次有杆泵井失效原因调查与分析。指出抽油泵工况变差、地层出砂日趋严重、产出液腐蚀性强、润滑介质发生变化、泵的材质和处理不适应工作介质,以及泵的部分结构设计不合理是有杆泵井的主要失效因素。在此基础上,改进了常规抽油泵的部分结构、材质和表面强化工艺。改进后抽油泵的防腐和耐磨能力明显优于常规抽油泵。针对试验中出现的新问题,又完成了二次改进。
In the light of short production cycle of rod
pumping wells in Shengtuo Oilfield, the causes of the well failure are investigated twice. It is
indicated that the main failure factors include: bad working condition of oil well pump, serious
formation sand, high corrosive producing fluid, changed lubricant, improper material quality
and surface hardening technology of the pump, and unreasonable pump structure. Thereby the
structure of the conventional subsurface pump is modified, and material quality and surface
hardening technology are improved. The corrosion and abrasionresistance of the modified
pump is obviously better than that of the conventional pump. Further modification is made in the
light of the new problems found in the test.
