摘要
目的:探讨肝胆结石的相关因素以及怎样提高再次手术质量,降低复发率。方法:102例肝胆结石再次手术患者根据其具体病情给予合适的手术方式治疗。结果:患者均顺利完成手术,但不同类型的患者其两年复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为了降低复发率,应根据患者病情,综合多种因素,制定出适合患者的手术方案并规范实施。
Objective To explore the related factors of hepatic calculus and how enhance the quality of secondary surgery,and reduce rate of recrudescence.Methods 102 cases of patients with hepatic calculus needed secondary surgery were given right therapy of surgery methods according to concrete disease.Results All patients finished surgery successfully,but the recrudescence rate of two years between different types of patients showed significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion For reducing the recrudescence rate,it should multiply various factors, make out right surgery program fit for patients and operation strictly according to concrete disease.
