摘要
目的:探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床诊治效果。方法:42例脑弥漫性轴索损伤患者根据其病理情况,给予针对性的综合治疗。结果:42例患者良好率为35.7%,存活率为83.4%。结论:为了提高恢复率或存活率,应结合多种检查方式提高确诊率,根据患者病情选择合适的治疗方式,并在恢复期给予科学有效的护理干预。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diagnosis and treatment on patients with diffuse axonal injury （DAI） of brain.Methods 42 cases of patients with DAI of brain were given targeted comprehensive therapy according to concrete conditions.Results 42 cases of patients showed rate of good recovery was 35.7% and survival rate was 83.4%.Conclusion For enhancing the recovery rate and survival rate,it should take up various detection methods to improve the diagnosis rate,and choose right treatment therapy methods according concrete disease.
