摘要
目的探讨血管内支架治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析20例已行支架治疗患者资料,对其疗效、手术方法和并发症进行总结。结果 20例患者手术均获成功,术前平均狭窄率(74.7±10.7)%,术后平均狭窄率(12.8±4.7)%;术前NIHSS评分平均19.92±6.42,术后11.35±3.79;4例出现血压偏低、心动过缓,1例出现术后高灌注综合征,未有脑梗死及脑出血等并发症。结论血管内支架成形术是一种治疗颈动脉狭窄安全、有效的治疗方法,但需严格掌握好适应证。
Objective To invesitgate the clinical result and evaluate the safety of carotid artery stenosis with angioplasty and stenting.Methods 20 patients with symptomatic arotid stenosis were retrospectively analyzed and operative complications and effectswere summarized.Results All patients treated with endovascular stent plasty had a good result and the rate of diameter stenosis was decreased from（74.7 ±10.7） % to（12.8±4.7） % and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIH-SS） was decreased from（19.92±6.42） to（11.35±3.79） %.The complications included hypotension in 4 patientsgether with bradycardia and hyperpe-refusion syndrome1 patient.Cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage did not occurred.Conclusion Angioplasty and stenting is one of safe and effective means for symptomatic carotid artery stenosis.However,the evaluation of indications and the skillful technique of operater are very important to successful operation.
