简述了农村劳动力的含义与特点和农村劳动力外出就业的现状,分析了农村劳动力外出就业的原因和农村劳动力外出就业对农户的影响,并提出了解决农村劳动力就业的对策。
The meaning of rural labor force and the status of rural labors＇ outside employment are introduced.The reasons of rural labors＇ outside employment and the influence are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward.
