摘要
由于黄河水流含沙量大的特性,混流式水轮机磨蚀严重的部位依次是叶片背面出口边靠近下环处、叶片之间的上冠流道、下环内外表面等。根据对磨蚀规律的分析,水轮机的磨蚀防护一般采取涂层防护、优化转轮设计、减少过机泥沙等措施,对各种防护措施进行了分析比较。
Due to the large sediment concentration,the Francis turbine on Yellow River suffers serious abrasion.The more serious abrasion are successively emerged on the outlet edge near the band on the suction side of blade,the crown between blades and the inner and outer surface of the band.The prevention measures for abrasion were analyzed and compared herein,including turbine protective coating,wheel design optimization and reducing sediment that flowing through turbine.
