摘要
介绍了广西长洲水利枢纽船闸检修关键技术,检修中通过运用先进的检测设备、现代检测理论与合理的检测方法对长洲水利枢纽1、2号船闸人字门背拉杆和A、B杆进行了调整,使主、副背拉杆预应力满足要求,门体几何形状得以矫正,消除了门体运行过程中背拉杆与门体的撞击;通过对下游人字门门轴柱支枕垫块支块的同步仿形修磨,极大地改善了支枕垫块受力,消除了挤卡震动现象,从而解决了船闸漏水问题,也为同类船闸检修提供了参考。
With the adjustment of miter gate back bar and A and B rod,the pre-stress on the ship lock 1 and 2 miter gates main and assistant back bars of Changzhou Hydropower Project was adjusted to the requirements,the geometry of the gate body was corrected,and the interference of back bar and gate body during operation was eliminated.Using synchronization profiling grinding for the support pad of edge bolster block of downstream miter gate shaft,the force of support pad was greatly improved,the squeeze and vibration was eliminated,and the leakage of lock was solved.
