摘要
在简述齿槽转矩产生机理的基础上,根据解析表达式讨论了定子槽数对齿槽转矩的影响。并建立电机电磁场模型,通过有限元法,定量分析永磁电机齿槽转矩,对不同结构的辅助槽对应的齿槽转矩进行对比计算,并对定子齿开槽对齿槽转矩的影响进行分析。结果表明,合理的定子齿开槽可以有效抑制齿槽转矩。
Reduction of cogging torque is one of the design in the research of permanent magnet motor.The mechanism of cogging torque were reviewed briefly.And then,the effects of tooth's number on cogging torque were discussed by analytical expressions.In this foundation,the electro-magnetic field model was built up and analyzed quantificationally using FEM.The cogging torque for different dummy slots were calculated and compared.And then,the main attention was paid on the effect of stator teeth notching on cogging torque.The result shows that stator teeth notching can reduce the cogging torque effectively.
