摘要
通过加热以及用酸、碱、盐浸泡方式对天然沸石进行改性,用于模拟制革废水中铵的处理。结果表明:加热改性、H2SO4改性未能提高沸石对废水中铵的去除率,低浓度的HCl和NaOH改性可以提高沸石对铵的吸附效果,而高浓度的HCl和NaOH改性使吸附效果下降。NaCl改性能提高沸石对废水中铵的去除率,最佳改性条件为添加浓度为1.0~1.5 mol/L的NaCl溶液,温度70℃,时间3 h。改性后,沸石对铵的去除率达78%,比未改性前提高了15%左右。
Natural zeolite was modified by the heating,acid,alkali,and salt soaking methods,and the modified zeolite was used for the treatment of artificial tannery wastewater.The results showed that modification by heating or H2SO4 failed to boost the ammonium removal,and modification by low concentrations of HCl and NaOH enhanced the ammonium adsorption ability of the zeolite,while high concentrations of HCl and NaOH lowered the ammonium adsorption ability of the zeolite.The zeolite modification by NaCl improved the ammonium removal rate,and the optimal conditions of modification were a concentration of NaCl of 1.0 to 1.5 mol/L,a temperature of 70℃,and a reaction time of 3 hours.The ammonium removal rate reached 78% under optimal conditions,increasing by 15% from the unmodified zeolite.
