摘要
通过分析知识型企业的特点,并从知识型企业及知识型员工的特征出发,探讨了知识型企业人力资源管理方式创新点,从而对知识型企业人力资源管理模式进行重新设计,以提升企业的竞争力,提高企业生产效率。
Knowledge enterprise is composed of knowledge staff, human resource management of knowledge enterprise is different from traditional enterprise's. In this paper, through analyzing features of knowledge enterprise, and proceeding from features of knowledge enterprise and knowledge staff, the author discussed and redesigned innovation point of human resource management of knowledge enterprise, which enhanced competitiveness of enterprise, and raised the rate of production.
