摘要
为了改善基于直接转矩控制的异步电机起动性能,研究了异步电机直接转矩控制系统的起动过程,提出了磁链优先和斜坡函数两种起动方法,阐述了它们的原理并将二者与文献中提到的串行起动进行了实验对比。实验结果表明,磁链优先法不仅可以改善系统的起动性能还能减小稳态时的磁链脉动,斜坡函数法还可以用在调速、正反转、停车等场合。
To improve the starting performance of asynchronous motor based on direct torque control,this paper researched the starting process of asynchronous motor and proposed two startup control strategies for direct torque control of induction machine.These methods are flux priority method and ramp function method.The two methods were compared with serial startup method in the experiment system.The experiment results show that the flux priority method can not only improve the starting performance,but also reduce the ripple of flux;the ramp function method can be used in governor,positive and negative speed,stopping.
