摘要
"蝴蝶效应"不仅存在于自然现象中,而且在社会生活中也广泛地发挥作用。从唯物辩证法的观点来看,当前社会中"蝴蝶效应"的存在和发生作用并非偶然,而是社会系统序变能力增强的必然结果,与社会矛盾的运动变化、社会中不和谐因素量的积累存在密切关联。目前,人民内部矛盾的激化、不和谐因素的积累致使"蝴蝶效应"发生作用,造成群体性、突发性事件一再发生。针对"蝴蝶效应"的原因及影响,我们应当以科学发展观为指导,在增强社会系统序变能力的基础上追求动态的稳定,发挥"蝴蝶效应"的积极作用;并从解决当前社会突出问题入手,正确处理新形势下的社会矛盾,积极探索建立化解社会矛盾的长效机制,最大限度地减少和抑制不和谐因素的发展,将"蝴蝶效应"的负面影响降到最低程度,促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
The ＂butterfly effect＂ not only exists in natural phenomena,but also in society,playing an important role.From the view of materialist dialectics,in the current society,the existence of ＂ butterfly effect＂ and its action is not accident,but is the result of the strength of the inevitability of the social system changes which are related to the social changes and the accumulation of the inharmonious factors.At present,the intensification of people＇s internal contradiction,the accumulation of inharmonious factors result in the ＂ butterfly effect＂ playing a role in society,resulting in mass participation and unexpected incidents.Facing the reasons and influence of the ＂ butterfly effect＂,we should regard the scientific outlook on development as a guide,achieve dynamic stabilization of society on the basis of the enhancement of the ability of social system changes in order to develop positive effects of the ＂ butterfly effect＂.We should also begin with the solution of current social prominent problems,dealing with the new social contradiction under the new situation correctly,explore the establishment of long-result mechanism of resolving social contradictions actively,trying to reduce and suppress the development of the inharmonious factors in order to reduce negative impact of the ＂ butterfly effect＂ and facilitate the harmonious socialist society.
