摘要
以纳米二氧化钛和硅藻土为原材料,采用机械力活化法制备了TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合材料进行了表征,并用甲基橙溶液的光催化降解率对复合材料的光催化性能进行了评价。结果表明,复合光催化剂的光催化降解率随TiO2负载量的增大而增大,20%硅藻土-80%TiO2的TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化材料样品在光照60min后对甲基橙的降解率达90%,与纯纳米TiO2的效果基本相同。
TiO2/diatomite composites were prepared by mechanochemical method in a mill.Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Aquatic solution of methyl orange was degraded by irradiation with UV-VIS light in suspensions of TiO2/diatomite composites.The results showed that the photodegradation of the photocatalytic composite increased with the increasement of TiO2 loading capacity.The 20 % diatomite-80 % TiO2 photocatalytic composite had the degradation value of 90%,the same as pure TiO2.
