摘要
为了提高激光雷达导航系统高低温环境下的扫描精度,扫描电机作为激光雷达导航系统核心部分,它的关键部分电容式角度传感器,其温漂值大小决定了导航系统的高低温环境下的扫描精度。文中介绍了电容式角度传感器工作原理及其测量电路,对电容式角度传感器温度漂移原因进行了理论分析。根据分析结果提出温度漂移补偿措施,试验验证后效果明显,大大降低了电容式角度传感器的温漂,在高低温(-40℃,+60℃)范围内,电容式角度传感器温漂最大值为28ppm/℃。
The scanning motor is the most important part of the laser radar navigation system,and the temperature drifts of the capacity angular sensor,as the key part of the scanning motor,determine the scan accuracy of the system in high-and low-temperature environments.To improve the scan accuracy,the operating principle and measure circuit of capacitive angular sensor are presented,and theory analyses on the temperature drift characteristic are made.Based on the analysis results,a temperature compensation method is put forward.The experiment results indicate that compensation method can significantly reduce the temperature drift of the angle sensor in-40~+60℃,in which the maxim temperature drift of capacitive angular sensor is 28 ppm/℃.
