摘要
腕管综合征是临床上最常见的嵌压性周围神经病,主要是腕部以下正中神经的受压,从而引起感觉异常和功能障碍。神经肌电图检查有助于嵌压征的定性、定位诊断,对早期诊断及治疗腕管综合征具有重要价值。
Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common entrapment peripheral neuropathy in clinical, in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesia and functional disorder. The electroneuromyography is helpful in qualitative and anatomical diagnosis of the entrapment syndrome, and has great value in the early diagnosis and treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.
