摘要
中国的高职教育还处在探索阶段,高职教育研究者提出了多种培养模式并进行了探索和实践。文章从教学实际出发,并结合高职生源特点,提出了一种基于岗位课程包的人才培养模式。在该模式下,学校以职业活动为导向为每个岗位设置课程包,学生由以前的选择专业变为根据兴趣选择岗位。
The higher vocational education of China is still in the exploratory stage. The researchers of higher vocational education propose a variety of training models, and explore and practice them. Starting with teaching reality and combining students' features in higher vocational colleges, a talents training model based on job courses package is presented. Under the model, colleges offer courses packages for a job in the guide of vocational activities, and students can choose jobs according to their interests instead of choosing majors before.
