摘要
以芨芨草(Achnatherum splendens)为试验材料,分别用浓度为0、100、200、300、400、500mmol/L的NaCl和Na2SO4对其苗期进行胁迫,通过对芨芨草的根长、株高、相对生长率(RGR)、根冠比(R/T)和脯氨酸含量(Pro)进行测定。结果表明:在NaCl和Na2SO4的胁迫下,根长比株高受到的抑制较大,RGR显著低于对照(P<0.05),R/T高于对照;随着浓度的增加,芨芨草叶片与根系的Pro含量呈上升趋势,芨芨草植株叶片的Pro含量显著高于根系(P<0.05)。与NaCl相比,在Na2SO4的胁迫下,芨芨草植株的相对生长率及根冠比受到的影响较小,Pro含量的积累较多,可见NaC1对芨芨草的伤害程度大于Na2SO4。
The root length,plant height,relative growth rate,root shoot ratio and Pro content of Achnatherum splendens under varying levels of salinity(0,100,200,300,400 and 500 mmol/L NaCl and Na2SO4)were determined.The results showed that there were greater inhibition on roots of Achnatherum splendens compared to height,RGR was significantly lower than the control(P0.05)and R/T were higher than the control under the stress of NaCl and Na2SO4 wth the concentration increasing.Pro content in the leaves and roots of Achnatherum splendens increased,and the Pro content in leaves of Achnatherum splendens were significantly higher than that in the roots(P0.05).RGR and R/T were less effected,but more Pro content under the Na2SO4 stress in Achnatherum splendens compared to NaCl.The results suggested that the harm of Na2SO4 stress to Achnatherum splendens was higher than NaCl stress at same concentraiton.
