摘要
在ZA系列主喷嘴的基础上,改变导纱管一端直径参数,以形成一定锥度的导纱管。与普通直管型导纱管的主喷嘴流场在速度和压力上进行比较,流场不仅在负压区域和数值上有显著提高,导纱管区域的速度变化也更加平缓,更适合引纬需要。
Based on main noozle of ZA series, in order to get a continuously decreasing cross-sectional area, one end of the yarn tube is changed. Compared with straight yarn tube of normal main noozle, main noozle with one end changed yam tube' s negative pressure and region are much largger, the change of velocity in the yam tube is soft, which are much better for weft' s insertion.
