摘要
在新的历史时期,应用型院校成为高等教育发展的重要推动力量。应用型院校的发展与其教学质量息息相关,教学督导是保障教学质量的重要手段。当前,应用型院校的教学督导模式,不利于教学提高质量。立足应用型院校的实际,从理论与实践两个层面建构教学督导机制。理论上建构应用型院校教学督导机制的基本框架,实践上建构教学督导主体、教学督导体制、教学督导制度及教学督导客体。应用型院校教学督导机制的建构是一个不断探索、不断改进的过程,需要更新教学督导理念、遵循教学督导规律。
In the new historical period, applied college has become the important power of promoting higher education development. Its development has been closely connected with its quality of teaching. Teaching inspection is an important method of the quality guarantee. Currently, applied college has continued to using the traditional teaching inspection model, whicn is the disadvantage of improving the quality. So, it’s necessary to construct the mechanism of the teaching inspection from the theory and practice according to the applied college. On theory, it constructs the fundamental frame; on practice, it constructs the subject, the system, the regulation and the object of the teaching inspection. The construction of the mechanism is the process of the constant exploration and improvement, so it’s necessary to renew the inspetive idea and abide by the inspective law.
