摘要
作为一个专业化的行业物流领域,我国成品油物流尚处于发展期,成品油流通运输结构不合理、产销分离,油品销售企业间合作收益大于竞争效果。为避免我国石油企业之间过度竞争,可建立基于竞争合作关系的成品油物流网络,促使竞争者通过理性合作成为增值伙伴,为我国成品油物流发展指明方向。成品油物流网络要求参与各方以"价值增值"为中心,促进成品油物流资源开放,在组织间进行资源及活动间的增益性协作,实现资源共享,推进企业资产的专用化、专业化,实现成品油物流运作的经济化。成品油物流网络还能以合作为主导、以价值为中心、以竞争为约束,充分发挥成品油物流网络的协同效应、网络效应、分工效应,促进资源整合,通过转包组织网络、战略联盟网络、虚拟企业网络、共生网络等多种形式,建立我国成品油物流网络。
As a specified field of industrial logistics,China's refined oil logistics is still in the primary stage and there are some problems with it,such as the problems of irrational transportation structure and the separate selling from production.Profit brought by cooperation among oil selling enterprises will be greater than the result of competition.To avoid the undue competition among China's oil enterprises,we can establish the refined oil logistics network which is based on the competitive cooperation relations to make the competitors to be value-added partners.All the participants of the refined oil logistics network should take value added as the core,promote the opening up of refined oil logistics resources,promote cooperation among these organizations,realize resources sharing,promote the customization and specification of enterprises asset,and realize the economically operation of refined oil logistics.The refined oil logistics network could also be cooperation-oriented,value-focused and constrained by competition.It can help give full play to the role of coordination effect,network effect,and labor-division effect of the refined oil logistics network,promote resources integration.And we can establish China's refined oil logistics network in different ways.
