Study on Eccentric Wear of Rods and Tubing and Its Prevention Measures in High Water Cut of Baolang Oilfield

摘要 随着宝浪油田采油深度的增加和原油含水率的提高,抽油机井杆管偏磨加剧,造成管杆断脱和管柱漏失。针对抽油杆在三维井眼中的受力弯曲情况,提出了杆管优化方法并开发出配套的防偏磨软件,对延长油井生产周期、提高油田经济效益具有积极意义。 As the depth and water rates increasing,in Baolang oil field,eccentric wear of rods and tubing in rod pumped wells were severed,resulting in rod and tubing parting and tubing stringleakage.As to the problems,the stress and bending conditions of rod in three-dimensional borehole were considered.Thereby the more scientific methods are put forward and the probable software of eccentric wear of tubing and rod strings are developed.The application condition and economic benefits of the technique are commented.
