摘要
目的:探讨临床危重症患者胃肠内营养的护理方法。方法:选择2009年1月~2010年3月我科收治的危重症患者为研究对象,80例实施胃肠内营养护理,总结护理体会。结果:对危重症患者进行台理的营养支持护理,可改善机体功能,减少并发症,缩短住院天数,促进早目康复。采取心理、营养液输注和并发症的处理等综合护理措施,取得了满意效果。结论:胃肠内营养符合人体机能需要,安全有效,进行恰当的护理能促进患者早日康复。
Objective:To investigate the nursing method of gastrointestinal nutrition to patients with critical illness.Methods:We sellected patients came to our department during 2009.1-2010.3 as research object. Eighty patients acceptd gastrointestinal nutrition nursing and nursing experience was summarized.Results:Reasonable nutritional support nursing to patients with critical illness can improve body function,reduce complications,shorten hospital stay and promote recovery early.We carried out psychological nursing,nutrient solution infusion and complication comprehensive nursing.The effect was satisfaeting.Conclusion:Gastrointestinal nutrition according with body's need is effective and safe.It can promote the patients'recovery early.
