摘要
目的建立测定红霉素、琥乙红霉素及依托红霉素活性的浊度法,并对其进行考察评价。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌,加菌量为1.0%~1.2%(V/V),(37±0.5)℃培养3~4 h后测定。结果红霉素抗生素线性浓度为0.08~0.8 IU/mL。结论该方法灵敏、快速、影响因素较少,可作为测定、评价红霉素、琥乙红霉素及依托红霉素活性的方法。
Objective To establish a turbidimetric method for determining the antimicrobial activity of erythromycin and erythromycin ethylsuc-cinate and erythromycin estolate.Methods The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus and cultured with fresh medium(pH = 7.0).Staphylococcus aureus inoculated with a 1.0%-1.2%(V/V) ratio was cultured at(37 ± 0.5)℃ for about 3-4 h.Results The linear range of erythromycin was 0.08-0.8 IU/mL.Conclusion The method is sensitive,rapid with less influencing factors,which is feasible to appraise the antimicrobial activity of erythromycin,erythromycin ethylsuccinate and erythromycin estolate.
