摘要
目的建立辅助降压类保健品中多种非法添加化学药品的薄层色谱快速检查方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,供试品以甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)混合溶液超声提取后,供试品溶液点于硅胶GF254薄层板上,以甲苯-醋酸乙酯-乙醇-浓氨试液(12∶3∶3∶0.2)为展开剂,在紫外光365 nm下检视,检查利血平;再置碘缸熏约15 min,在紫外光254 nm下检视,检查利血平、硝苯地平、盐酸可乐定、盐酸哌唑嗪4种成分。另采用硅胶GF254薄层板,以无水乙醇-氨水(14∶1)为展开剂,置碘缸熏约15 min,在紫外光254 nm下检视,检查氢氯噻嗪、卡托普利、阿替洛尔3种成分。结果在相应薄层色谱条件下,能同时有效分离辅助降压类保健品中的多种非法添加的化学药品。结论该法简单、易行,适用于快速筛查非法添加化学药品的辅助降压类保健食品。
Objective To establish a method for the separation of multiple-component illegally added into the depressurization health care products by thin-layer chromatography（TLC）.Methods The sample products in the mixture of methanol and acetonitrile（1 ∶ 1） was ex-tracted with ultrasound and spotted in GF254 thin layer plate.Using the mixture of methylbenzene-ethyl acetate-ethanol-ammonia water（12 ∶ 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 0.2） as developer,reserpine,nifedipine,clonidine hydrochloride and furazosin were separated and detected at 365 nm,and reser-pine was detected at 254 nm after fuming 15 min in iodine.Using the mixture of absolute alcohol-ammonia water（14 ∶ 1） and fuming about 15min in iodine,hydrochlorothiazide,captopril and atenolol were separated and detected at 254 nm.Results Under the corresponding condition,multiple components illegally added in auxiliary antihypertensive health care products could be separated simultaneously and effec-tively.Conclusion This method is simple and easy,which can be used to rapidly screen the auxiliary antihypertensive health care products with illegally added chemical drugs.
