摘要
介绍了测定MC尼龙基复合材料-岩芯岩石摩擦副之间摩擦因数的试验方法和结果。实验结果表明,MC尼龙基复合材料对岩芯岩石的摩擦因数,在空气介质中当比压给定时是相对滑动速度的函数;在水介质中是比压和相对滑动速度的函数。随温度升高,其摩擦因数降低;硅油和石蜡改性都可以降低该摩擦副的摩擦因数。
Abstract A test procedure of measuring the friction coefficient between modified MC Nylon base composite material and rock core and the test results are introduced. The experimental results show the friction coefficient between modified MC Nylon base composite material and rock core is a function of relative sliding velocity, a function of specifec pressure and relative sliding in the medium of water. As the temperature rises, the friction coefficient deceases. Being modified MC Nylon base composite by silon oil or paraffin wax, the friction coefficient also deceases. Test method and results provided by this paper have important significance for friction properties of the said friction pair.
