摘要
针对弯头铸件的需要多个方向侧抽芯和包紧力大的特点,采用纵向4分斜滑块侧抽芯和推件块推件模具结构,解决了侧抽芯和铸件脱模问题。4个斜滑块由销轴与连接板滑动铰接在一起,推件块、连接板和推板固连。脱模时,推杆通过推板和连接板推动4个斜滑块和推件块前移,斜滑块沿斜导轨张开抽芯的同时,推件块将铸件推离动模型芯。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便。
Aiming at side core-pulling in many directions and stronger wrapping force,side core-pulling by inclined slides along longitudinal and stripping plate mechanism were adopted in the die design to eliminate the problems in side core-pulling and ejecting the castings.Four inclined slides and interlinkage plate were jointed with pins,and stripping plate,interlinkage plate and ejector plate were fixed together.In the ejection,four inclined slides and stripping plate were pushed forward by ejector plate and interlinjage plate powered b ejector pins.The mould exhibits compact in structure and reliable in working and convenient in operation.
