摘要
随着医学科学的发展,重症技术协作网络的建立越来越显得重要。文章介绍了重症监护技术网络的组织系统,协作的内容及其运作:组织全院性学术活动;组织重症监护查房;组织危重病人的科间护理会诊;协调专科特护小组;实施定点定向轮转培训。指出今后应着眼于进一步完善重症监护技术协作网络实施方案,拓宽技术网络的协作范围,丰富监护技术协作内容,加强技术协作中心建设。
The function, benefits and operational mechanisms of coordinated monitoring techniques network for seriqus cases are discussed from a number of dimensions: individual knowledge, wisdom and experiences of doctors in charge of severely ill patients are limited in use of medical sciences' advances in breadth and depth; mutual inspirations often raise cognitive power, bridging gaps between puzzlement and enlightenment, problems and solutions, tensions and easements, instead of enumerating difficulties without finding means and methods; interdisciplinary and interdepartmental complementarity, coordination and cooperation improve and perfect their organizational forms and contents, e. g ., in flexible use of various resources and in planned training in rotation and by stages; diversified means of professional and academic exchanges with successful experiences and achievements greatly contribute to keeping up with new theories, new progresses, new principles, and therefore raise and benefit the common interests of development of hospital services.
