摘要
通过对美国摩斯大学(Mercer University)梯夫特教育学院(Tift College ofEducation)教师教育实践工作的考察,发现其设立专门的教师教育实践管理机构和教师教育实践课程化,是师范生必须经历教师教育实践全过程和取得教师教育实践效果的重要保证。在此过程中建立的专业发展小组和个人专业发展档案袋,又是促使学生进行专业思考、反思的有效措施。这种过程性的反思学习管理方法,值得中国的教师教育实践学习与借鉴。
By survey on the practical work of teacher education in Tift College of Education,Mercer University,we found that its special administrative organization for teacher education and the curriculum for the practice of teacher education are the guarantee for normal students experiencing the whole process of teacher education practice and get good results.Its professional development group and portfolios for personal professional development are the good measures to promote students' professional thinking and reflecting,which will give great enlightenments on Chinese teacher education.
