实验性正畸牙齿移动距离测量方法的对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较游标卡尺测量法和体视显微镜测量法检测SD大鼠正畸牙齿移动距离的优劣。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组,每组12只,建立实验性SD大鼠正畸移动模型,于加力1、4、7、10和14d处死1组大鼠,术前、术后灌制正畸牙齿的精确模型。分别采用游标卡尺测量法和体视显微镜测量法对不同时间点正畸牙齿移动的距离进行测量,并进行比较和统计学分析。结果 2种测量方法在1和4d组的测量结果差异有统计学意义,其余3组的测量结果差异无统计学意义。体视显微镜测量法检测结果的标准差和变异系数均较游标卡尺测量法明显偏小。结论体视显微镜测量法是一种较精确、快速地测定实验性正畸牙齿移动距离的方法。 Objective To evaluate the validity and accuracy of the distance of experimental orthodontic tooth movement measured by stereomicroscope and vernier caliper. Methods 60 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. Each group had 12 rats. The rats were sacrificed in 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 days after the application of mechanical force. The precise impressions were made before and after experiment. The distance of tooth movement was measured by both stereomicroscope and vernier caliper. The results were compared and had dispersion analysis. Results The results showed that all the measurements had no significant difference except the 1 and 4 days group. Dispersion analysis showed that the measurement with stereomicroscope was more accurate than with vernier caliper. Conclusion The stereomicroscope measurement can exactly accomplish the experimental measurement of tooth movement.
