低PSA型前列腺癌PSA不增高的原因分析及诊断策略 被引量：3

摘要 前列腺癌是欧美国家发病率最高的泌尿系恶性肿瘤证,在世界范围内,位于男性恶性肿瘤发病率的第四位[1]。随着诊断技术的发展,近年来国内的前列腺癌发病率呈上升趋势[2]。目前常用前列腺特异性抗原（prostate special antigen,PSA）来筛查前列腺癌。PSA是由前列腺上皮细胞所分泌的一种酶,主要存在于前列腺腺泡、腺管上皮和精液中,具有较高的组织特异性,极少部分通过组织屏障进入血液循环。患前列腺癌时,
