摘要
信息经济时代的主要特征之一,就是信息技术已成为社会进步和新型工业化的核心要素。本文基于信息化指数法,依据1999-2009近十年的河南统计年鉴数据,首先测度了河南的信息化发展水平,在此基础上通过修正后的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,构建并导出了河南省国民经济增长模型,依此模型量化分析了信息化对中原经济崛起和可持续发展的贡献作用。当前河南的信息化建设与国民经济发展之间存在着密切的正相关性;信息化对中原经济崛起正在产生着积极的影响和贡献作用。
One of the main features of information economy age is that information technology has become the core elements of new-type industrialization.Based on information technology index and statistical yearbook data of Henan Province in 1999-2009,this paper first measured the level of information development in Henan.Then,it amended Cobb-Douglas production function and exported economic growth model of Henan Province.Finally,it quantitativly analysised the important roles of information to the rising of Henan and its sustainable development.Henan information infrastructure is positively correlated to economic development of Henan;information is contributing to up-rising of the economy of Central Plains region.
