摘要
本文对聚合物改性水泥石(PMC)材料的制备工艺、力学性能及显微结构进行了研究,并分析了 PMC 材料的高强机理.另外,还研究了 PMC 材料的水敏性.结果表明,用聚丙烯酰胺制备的 OPC 基 PMC 材料抗弯强度可达60~80 MPa;OPC 基 PMC材料的结构低孔率、未水化水泥颗粒的'微集料'作用及微界面的良好粘结是导致高强的三个方面;提高聚合物凝胶的耐水性是改善 PMC 材料水敏性的根本途径.
This paper presents the research onthe preparative technology,mechanical properties and micro-structure of the poymer modified cement paste (PMC).The high strength mechanism and water-sensitivity of PMC have also been studied. The results show that the flexural strength of OPC based PMC can be obtained in the range of 00~80 MPa,and that the high strength obtained may be referred to reducing the porosity of paste,unhydrated cement particles acting as 'micro- aggregate'and the good interfacial bond.The water-sensitivity of PMC can be improved by improvement of water-resistance of polymer.
