摘要
目的:探讨开放性眼外伤一期救治技术在基层医院眼科应用。方法:对45例45眼开放性眼外伤依据损伤的部位、程度不同,采取相应的麻醉、缝合技术予以清创缝合,为二期手术创造良好的基础。结果:术后视力在0.08以上的41眼,视力无光感4眼。结论:正确掌握开放性眼外伤一期救治技术,及时处理术中术后并发症,对于伤眼的恢复和二期手术治疗至关重要。
·AIM：To explore the treatment technology of open eye injury in the primary hospital ophthalmology.·METHODS：According to injury site and degrees,debridement techniques were used in the 45 cases 45 eyes of open eye injuries with appropriate anesthetic and similiar suture,which create a good foundation for the second phase of the operation.·RESULTS：The postoperative visual acuity of 0.08 or above was in 41 eyes while no light perception in 4 eyes.·CONCLUSION：Treatment of open eye injury properly and control of postoperative complications timely play the key role in recovery of the injured eye and second surgery.·
