锅炉局部增氧助燃技术的开发和应用 被引量:2

Development and Application of Locally Oxygen-increasing Technology to Support Combustion of Boiler

摘要 为了改善锅炉的燃烧工况,提高热效率,减少大气排放污染,对大庆石化公司热电厂一台58 MW链条锅炉进行了局部增氧助燃节能技术改造。测试表明,改造以后锅炉平均热效率提高了5.07%,炉膛温度提高了25℃,节能率为5.67%。改造后的锅炉取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,具有较大的推广应用价值。 A 58 MW chain - grate boiler of Daqing Petrochemical Company Thermal Power Plant has been retrofitted by adopting the locally oxygen -increasing technology to support combustion in order to improve combustion, increase thermal efficiency and reduce emission. Test results show that the average thermal efficiency of the boiler is enhanced 5.07%, the temperature of furnace chamber is increased 25℃ ,the energy saving rate reaches 5.67%. The said retrofitting project can bring good economical and social benefits and has better application worth.
