摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后非胆道并发症发生的原因、预防及治疗措施。方法回顾分析我科从1994年6月至2009年12月6 000例LC后发生非胆道并发症患者的临床资料。结果共发生非胆道并发症18例(占0.3%),其中腹腔内出血3例,戳孔出血6例,腹腔内脏器损伤3例,肝下积液3例,气胸2例,肺脂肪栓塞致死1例。结论熟悉解剖、仔细操作、加强术后监测是减少LC后非胆道并发症的关键。
Objective To discuss the cause,prevention and management of non-biliary complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods Retrospective study was performed on 6000 patients,who underwent LC from June 1994 to Dec.2009 in our department.Results The incidence of non-biliary compli-cation was 0.3%（18 patients）,which including intraabdominal hemorhage in 3,bleeding from trocar sites in 6,gastrointestinal injury in 3,accumulated liquid under liver in 3,pneumothorax in 2 and one died of pulmonary fat embolism.Conclusion It is important to be familiar with regional anatomy,to operate carefully and to enforce perioperative monitor,which is the key to decrease the incidence of non-biliary complications.
