摘要
目前医院大力推行人事代理制度,但是此项制度在实施过程中存在许多问题,主要包括没有统一的管理制度和规则、人事代理人员档案管理困难、人事代理人员对医院缺乏归属感、难以吸引人才等。要解决这些问题,必须制定相关政策法规以规范人事代理制度,建立有效的人事代理人员档案管理制度,注重医院文化建设,建立共同愿景以及合理的薪酬制度,促进人才合理流动。
Recently the hospitals are promoting personnel agency system,but now there are many problems in the implementation of the system,including no unified management system and rules,difficulties in personnel file management of the system,lacking of a sense of bel-onging,difficulties in attracting talent and so on.This paper argues that to solve these problems,we need to formulate relevant policies and regulations to standardize the system of personnel agency,establish an effective file management system,focusing on the hospital culture con-struction,building a common vision and a reasonable pay system,and to encourage the rational flow of talent.
