柔性多点模具蒙皮拉形有限元简化分析模型的建立

摘要 建立一种简化有限元模型,用以解决柔性多点模具蒙皮拉形工艺由于冲头顶端曲面曲率半径小,而导致单元数量庞大的问题。通过将简化有限元分析模型与非简化模型对比,并通过工艺试验,验证了简化分析模型的可行性和有效性,为新产品研制降低成本提供了有效方法。 The working surface of the reconfigurable tooling consists of the ends of numerous pins with hemispherical tips.Because the element size of the pins relies on the radius of the tips,the number of the whole model is too huge to run on computer.A kind of simplified equivalent FEA Model on stretch forming with reconfigurable tooling is developed to reduce the number of the elements.Results of simplified model and the real model are contrasted.Test parts are also showed to demonstrate the validity of the method.
