摘要
解决农村剩余劳动力转移,使劳动力充分就业是实现经济结构转变和统筹城乡的重大问题。从理论上阐述了农村剩余劳动力转移与统筹城乡的关系,并以四川这个传统农业大省为案例,通过对四川省农村剩余劳动力转移的实证分析,提出了加快农村剩余劳动力转移步伐,推动统筹城乡发展的政策建议。
It is important to realize the economic structure transformation and the balance of urban and rural development by solving the problem of transferring rural surplus labor to facilitate full employment of labor force and. The paper theoretically expounds the relationships between the transfer of rural surplus labor and the balance of urban and rural areas, and takes the traditional agriculture province, Sichuan province, as an example. An empirical is made on the transfer of rural labor force of Siehuan province, and policy suggestions on accelerating the transfer of rural surplus labor and promoting the balance of urban and rural development are proposed.
