帕瑞昔布钠用于胸腔镜手术病人超前镇痛的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛对胸腔镜手术病人术后镇痛效果的影响。方法选择行胸腔镜60例患者,随机分成帕瑞昔布钠治疗组和生理盐水对照组,治疗组分别于切皮前30min和术毕静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40mg作为超前镇痛,对照组于相同时点静脉注射生理盐水2mL。术后行疼痛评分及不良反应的观察。结果治疗组术后1、4、8、12h,VaS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),24h两组差异无显著性。结论帕瑞昔布钠治疗组超前镇痛可以产生较好的术后镇痛效果,不良反应少,可有效减少术后阿片类药物的使用量。
