摘要
观察３０例择期胆囊手术病人静脉输入血定安５００ｍｌ、１０００ｍｌ和１５００ｍｌ时对血液流变学的影响。结果：红细胞压积均下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）、红细胞变形指数均升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）．而全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值和红细胞聚集指数均无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）；血浆粘度在大剂量（１５００ｍｌ）输注时有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：血定安对血液流变学的影响有利又有弊，尤其是红细胞变形性降低给机体带来的不利影响，应引起临床上的重视。
The effect of intravenous infusmg Gelofusine in a dose of 500ml, 1000ml or 1500ml on blood rheology wasstudied in 30 patients undergoing gallbladder operations under epidural anesthesia. The results showed thathematocrit decreased (P<0.05) and red cell deformability index increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), whereas there wereno siguificant differences of whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosuty, red cell aggregation index,erythrocyte sediunientation rate(the inadvaiitage effect of decreasing red cell deformability on patients needsattention
