摘要
本文对切口角小于90°的双边 V-型切口的 PMMA 有机玻璃试件,在-20℃下进行了拉伸试验,确定了断裂载荷,运用有限元分析和切口尖端应力奇异场的知识,确定了尖端应力场分布.研究表明:采用切口前一特征距离 r_0处的最大拉应力达到解离应力,作为断裂准则是合适的.该准则全部用弹性计算,简单方便,适合实际工程应用.
An experimental study of the fracture of the double edge V-notch spe-
cimen made of PMMA was carried out on a T5K electronic tensile machine
at-20℃ with a strain rate of 0.006/min.The stress near the end of the
V-notch was calculated by the finite element method.By comparing the
results of the experiment and the calculation,it has been found that when
the maximun tensile stress reaches a characteristic distance in front of the
end of the V-notch,the specimen is fractured.Thus a maximum tensile
stress fracture criterion at a characteristic distance is proposed.For this
criterion elastic analysis is enough,so it is very simple and convenient for
engineering purposes.
