摘要 医学影像学是一门内容繁多的综合学科,涉及几乎所有的临床学科,对解剖、生理、病理等基础学科知识有相当高的要求。中医院校的《医学影像学》教学长期存在课时少、内容多的矛盾,导致总体教学效果欠佳。引入多媒体、网络教学及PBL(problem-basedlearning)等先进教学方法与手段无疑有助提高教学质量。如何在有限的课时内讲授大量的学习内容并使学生能够理解、记忆、应用是解决教学问题的关键,在课堂教学中强化临床影像诊断思维的培养对此具有重要意义。 Medical imaging is a comprehensive range of content, covered almost all the clinical discipline, and basic science knowledge as anatomy, physiology, pathology is quite high. The contradiction of time little, more content is long-term existence in medical imaging teaching of TCM colleges and universities, leading to an overall teaching effect. Introduction of multimedia and network teaching and learning - based learning (PBL) advanced teaching method and means undoubtedly helps improve the quality of teaching. How to teach the class within limited time and more content and make students can understand, memory, application is the key to solve problems in teaching in classroom teaching, strengthening the training of clinical imaging diagnostic thinking this is of great significance.
