摘要
报道了生姜茎尖离体培养的研究结果.结果表明:初代及继代培养的基本培养基以N6为宜;KT对芽的增殖效果较佳;BA对芽没有明显的增殖效果,而且对芽的生长有毒害作用;KT5.0~7.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L的激素配比对丛生芽的诱导效果较好,25~30d可增殖3.3~3.9倍;0.5mg/L的NAA和IBA均能有效刺激试管苗生根,生根率高达100%;表土是良好的移栽基质,成活率为93.3%.
This paper deals with the shoot tip culture of common ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) in vitro .The experimental results show as follows:The basal medium N 6 is suitable for the initial culture and subculture;KT exerts an ideal effection on the shoot proliferation;BA has no obvious proliferation effect on the shoots, and it is harmful to the growth of shoots; the hormone scheme of 5.0~7.5 mg·L -1 KT + 0.5 mg·L -1 NAA exerts a good effect on the clustered shoots formation, and the shoot are proliforated for 3.3~3.9 times in 25~30 days;0.5 mg·L -1 NAA(or IBA) can effectively promte the root emergence of the shoots, and the percentage of the root emergence amounts to 100%;the surface soil is a good kind of basal material for the transplantation, and the survial rate amounts to 93.3%.
